This week we will be reviewing and learning some new addition strategies.
These strategies will help our students learn their facts while making some awesome progress on their timed math tests. Look for videos of students singing the Doubles Rap later this week.
Apples, apples, apples, our class is about to dive into our mini apple unit. Please send 2 apples to school by Thursday.
Our crockpot apple crisp will taste very delicious on Friday. We can also use two half gallon containers of vanilla ice cream as topping for our yummy apple crisp.
Almost all the permission slips for our October 6th Field trip are turned in. I will be contacting parents regarding the field trip and chaperones on Friday. I'm so excited, Howland Hill field trips are always wonderful!
Attendance at the Back to School Night Thursday was fabulous, thanks for coming, and I hope you enjoyed the video of your awesome children.
As snack is a very important part of our morning, please send some with your child this week. We are almost out.
